Pre-order iPhone 4 on globe , not really a pre order

Globe is not accepting for pre-orders in their preorder micro site. Release date is not mentioned, so is the price(yugatech guesstimate the iphone 4 prices here in ph). Updates will be sent via email upon registration. Basically, the microsite is just a rss/feed type of feature where in you enter your email address and updates will be sent there then on. No stock or unit will be reserved and no downpayment of some sort is requested. There are few other things that the micro site is asking but I don't think its relevant for the "pre order", but only as survey results.

The advantage of  registering your interest in this website  is you will be one of the first to know the latest updates on the iPhone 4’s availability in the Philippines.
